Another happy customer

So every once in a while, we have something that comes in that is very challenging. The customer has an idea but they are a little undecided of what exactly they want and need. This one was a big challenge for us, with the design, size and the center stone….. Well we were sweating lol. But we came through in a BIG way! The customer had this to say:

"I contacted Navarre Jewelry to re-style/re-set my diamond ring. I choose from many designs and once we were set on one, they made a mold and emailed it to me. I immediately said yes to the design and they went to work. Well today, I went to pick up my ring and couldn't believe my eyes, it was simply GEORGOUS!!! I don't know what I was expecting, but this was way over any expectations I had. Just don't know how to express it, I just love it and they did a very, very good job. Now my grand-daughters really have something to fight over!! Thanks to all of the people at Navarre Jewelry who had a hand in this, they are really Master Jewelers!!!!"

We aim to please, but this was above and beyond one of the happiest customers we have ever had! We greatly appreciate her review and her kind words, but what makes this even better is that she has already sent customers back to us just a couple of days after she has picked up her ring!!!
